Our team recently secured a contract with one of the UK's largest water utilities company, where we demonstrated our expertise in improving the implementation efficiency of a leading asset management platform.

We worked closely with the senior management and teams across various process areas, including Sewerage, Wastewater, Metering, Network Repair and Replacement, Customer Field Services, Strategic Network, EMI Maintenance, Waste Water Treatment, and other processes that impacted the asset management system. This collaborative approach helped us identify key issues within the current work management system and align areas that needed improvement in preparation for the new system implementation.
